Le’t s help our existing clients with our product. As a Customer Success Manager you will actively contact our customers to increase the effective use and adoption of the Shoptet platform, recommend addons (upsell) and focus to start a successful business of our clients. The salary consists of fix amount and sales commission.
- Consult (primary by phone) customer business needs and goals and provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the product.
- Actively contact our existing customers, evaluate and analyze their needs and find areas for possible improvement (upsell).
- Serve as a support for customers in trial version, educate them on how to correctly use our product. Focus on features they need to learn and support them to promote into a production account as soon as possible.
- Cooperate with other team members and colleagues how to improve our support and communication with our customers.
- You will go through proper onboarding process with our colleagues, not only from success team but cross company to understand our product and pro-client approach.
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in Sales, Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
