We’re now looking for an outstanding Office Manager to join our team in Budapest.

What will be your agenda?

  • Oversee and manage all administrative duties and budget in the office, ensure that office is running smoothly.
  • Provide administrative support to the Country Manager and the local team (business trips administration, set up internal and external meetings, support legal and finance processes).
  • Provide support to the Country Manager in creating reports, analysis, presentation.
  • Support internal & external event management: booking venues, collecting quotes for services, managing guest invitations (invites, hotel bookings, parking arrangements).
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately in the office space.
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves, including management and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
  • Perform receptionist duties (meet and great visitors to the office).
  • Always keep an eye out of improvement, increasing efficiency and options for automation (process, workflow) to promote a better work environment.

Our expectations:

  • You already have at least 3 years of experience as an office manager.
  • You have excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • You are a quick problem solver and able to multitask, even in stressful situations.
  • Organising events and coordinating administrative tasks are nothing new to you.
  • You have a great interpersonal skills and can work as part of a team.
  • English B2+ is a must (it's the company language and many of the meetings will be led in English)
