As an Onboarding & Partnership Manager, your main task will be guiding our client through the whole process of implementation. Our clients are smaller or medium-sized enterprises of various segments: suppliers, producers, local and international e-shops. We expect a professional attitude and excellent customer care, enabling the client to start a successful business.

What will be your agenda?

Onboarding agenda:

  • Communicating and cooperating with sales team while finalizing client´s acquisition.
  • Project management and channeling smooth distribution of information between the salesman, the partner and the client.
  • Individual preparation per each client and occasional online meetings with them.
  • Understanding the client´s needs, deal appropriately with their queries and offer ideal and workable solution.
  • Co-operating with cross-functional teams who are involved in the client´s implementation and be able to co-ordinate the communication well.
  • Supervising the collaboration between the client and our partners (i.e. network of our technical specialists, who are trained and guaranteed by us).

Partnership agenda:

  • Building strategic partnerships with hungarian agencies and freelancers.
  • Maintaining communication and relations with with partners.
  • Setting short and long term goals for the program.
  • Preparing and assisting with required Partnership activities:
    • Education (internal, external)
    • Preparation of blog articles/ webinars
    • Modify the Partner’s web presence on Shoptet
    • Providing basic support

Our expectations:

  • Patience, independence and professional attitude.
  • Technical understanding and insight of our product – our clients deal with technical matters/issues while transiting to Shoptet, therefore onboarding manager needs to understand such technical processes well in order to be able to tackle such matters well. In case of advanced or specific technical issues it is possible to turn to your more experienced colleagues for advice.
  • Assertive and goal-driven mindset, understanding clients´ needs and communicating insights and recommendations to start a successful co-operation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (e.g. delivering presentations).
  • Project experience – knowing what it takes to co-ordinate multiple projects at once, know how to divide and assign the workload in the team to the best people, having effective time-management to ensure a smooth process while completing the project´s tasks.
