You will be part of our Product Department represented by our CPO Tomáš Mitana.
Since the year 2021, we’ve grown to 220 people, we grow every year, but we are still a flexible company without any complex processes and hierarchy. And last year we won Fair employer of the year.
Your Mission:
Shoptet Premium is a new product for the most demanding clients. Shoptet Premium has been on the market for 2 years and currently serves 200 clients. Our goal is to enhance the product, build premium brand awareness and create added product value.
We are in scaling phase ( geographically and up-market ) and we're looking for Product Manager that can inspire & lead and execute ideas.
What will be your agenda:
- Building a vision of Shoptet Premium for the upcoming years and its execution.
- Direct contact with our merchants, enterprises, but also SMBs, individual projects, CEOs and small entrepreneurs.
- Building relationships with our merchants, their loyalty and their development.
- Systematic approach to covering the needs of individual customer segments, where we see the highest ROI in line with the product vision.
- Looking for opportunities in other product teams to create added value for Shoptet Premium.
- Processing feedback from clients.
- Participation in building cooperation with other clients and external partners.
Helping network for this role:
- Sales & Marketing, Onboarding teams dedicated to Shoptet Premium.
- Data team, that will help you analyse large scale datasets.
- Copywriters, that will help you write user-friendly copy in all languages.
- External agencies, providing services in the creation of supplements.
Our expectations:
- Previous experience in e-commerce or product management (as PM or PO).
- Experience with product discovery activities - customer interviews, surveys, etc.
- Knowing e-commerce agency business is strong plus.
- Presentation skills - you will present visions and innovations externally and internally.
- Fluent Czech or Slovak, advanced English language.
