Our People team is growing and we’re looking for someone to help us tackle all things hiring to help us support the company’s further growth. You’d join a team led by Martina Suchomelová, and closely collaborate with our Recruiters Kačka and Tereza.
What will be your agenda?
- You'll be taking care of the whole recruitment cycle from preparing catchy job descriptions and sourcing, through interviewing up until offer management.
- You'll collaborate with our hiring managers on the hiring strategy and support them while scaling their teams.
- You'd be working closely with our HR Business Partners and HR Generalist to ensure a smooth onboarding for the new hires and help us keep them happy.
- You'll be participating on Employer Branding strategies for Shoptet not only in CZ but also in Slovakia and Hungary.
Our expectations:
- You have ideally 4+ years of experience with hiring for various roles within a technology company – with a focus on product and engineering roles.
- You know how to do high-volume sourcing and enjoy writing quality-approaching messages to attract the best talent out there.
- You are excited about building an external community of talents and ideally already have some experience with managing events and community building.
- You work well with data – you can read them and know how to plan further hiring strategies based on them.
- As Shoptet grew a lot in the past years and we're planning our further growth, a can-do attitude and ability to manage variable and changing agendas, will be crucial for this role.
- You also have amazing time management and prioritization skills.
- You're fluent in both Czech as well as English.
